Who is your customer?
Describe your innovation and the kind of customer you want to reach. Practise a conversation with a fictional persona, then reflect on what to ask real customers.
Describe the customer's role and circumstances without identifying a real person. The persona is fictional and is not market evidence.
Working from a real person's profile
Paste what describes their role, experience and organisation. Please remove their name and any contact details first. The persona will be fictional and deliberately different from whatever you paste, so it does not need anybody's identity to work.
The more of this you include, the sharper the persona: their sector and the size of their organisation, how senior they are and who they answer to, what they are responsible for day to day, and the pressures the role puts them under.
